Does Parseify connect to my Shopify store?+
No direct store API credentials or theme access are needed. Parseify prepares a clean CSV that you review and import yourself directly into Shopify. Products are exported as unpublished drafts so nothing goes live without your approval.
What kind of files can I bring?+
Standard CSV or XLSX spreadsheets up to 10 MiB and 5,000 rows. Parseify handles messy multi-vendor layouts, varying column headers, and fragmented variant rows.
What if my spreadsheet has mistakes?+
Uncertain or invalid values are flagged rather than guessed. You can correct prices, SKUs and barcodes, acknowledge review items, or exclude a whole product. Blocking issues must be resolved before export.
Can I use this to update existing products?+
The current release is optimized for new-product collection drops. Existing product updates, multi-location inventory sync, and automatic publishing are on our roadmap. We recommend testing your first import in a development store.
What happens to my data?+
Your uploaded distributor spreadsheets and intermediate parsing artifacts are kept securely in isolated workspaces. Files are automatically cleaned up according to our retention policies, and you can delete them at any time.
