1. Description of Service
Parseify is a software-as-a-service application designed to assist merchants, founders, and e-commerce operators in parsing, mapping, validating, and transforming raw supplier spreadsheets (CSV, XLSX) into structured, import-ready product CSV files formatted for Shopify store imports.
2. Accounts and Eligibility
To access the Service, you must create an account using a valid email address. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
3. Subscriptions, Payments & Billing
Parseify offers subscription plans billed on a recurring monthly basis. By subscribing, you authorize our Merchant of Record to charge your designated payment method on each billing date until you cancel.
- Merchant of Record: Our order process is conducted by our online reseller and Merchant of Record, Lemon Squeezy (Lemon Squeezy, LLC). Lemon Squeezy handles customer service inquiries, taxes, currency conversion, and returns.
- Plan Changes: You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time through your customer billing portal or account settings. Upgrades take effect immediately; cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
- Price Adjustments: We reserve the right to modify subscription fees with at least 30 days prior notice. Continued use following notice constitutes agreement.
4. Merchant & Data Responsibilities
You retain full ownership of all catalog data, product information, and spreadsheets you upload to Parseify. You represent and warrant that:
- You own or have obtained all necessary licenses, permissions, and rights to process the product data and distributor files you upload.
- You will review the exported Shopify CSV before importing it into your live Shopify store. Parseify creates draft-ready exports; you hold final responsibility for publishing decisions.
- You will not upload malicious code, unauthorized personal data, or content that infringes on third-party copyrights or trademarks.
5. Independent Service (No Shopify Affiliation)
Parseify is an independent software tool. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Shopify Inc. "Shopify" is a registered trademark of Shopify Inc.
6. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in the Parseify application, including software code, interfaces, designs, and algorithms, remain the sole property of Parseify and its licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR ACCURATE IN ALL CASES, AS RAW SUPPLIER SPREADSHEETS VARY WIDELY IN QUALITY.
8. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, PARSEIFY AND ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND RESELLERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR STORE REVENUE, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
9. Termination
You may cancel your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent or abusive activities.
